Terms and Conditions

Ordering from is easy, find the items you want to buy, add them to your basket and then follow the checkout procedure entering your delivery details, then payment is made by credit or debit card through our secure payment providers Stripe or by Paypal. An email will be sent when your items have been despatched. In the event of items being out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible with estimated delivery times or an alternative. We aim to despatch all orders the same day or within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Cut off time for dispatching same day is 3pm. Orders received from a Friday after 3pm to Sunday will be despatched on the next working day.

UK Postage

All delivery is using Royal Mail at present, select the option that best suits, we do use a next day service, cut off for next working day deliveries is 3pm, after this time it will ship the next business day using the service you selected.

Royal Mail 1st class deliveries are usually 1-2 working days, however this is not a guaranteed service and during busy times of the year this can increase and deliveries can only be considered as lost after 10 working days after there expected due date of delivery as per Royal Mails Terms and Conditions.

International Postage / Shipping Rates

We currently do not ship Internationally, only UK.


Goods remain the property of Quad7 until cleared funds are available for the said item or items, we can refuse to deliver the goods until cleared payment is available or in the event of non payment or reverse payment we reserve the right to collect the goods if they have been shipped and claim expenses for the recovery of the goods.

Quad7 is not responsible for your card details being lost / or stolen / hacked / miss used in anyway, acceptance of these terms on checkout is acknowledgment of this.

Returns and Warranty

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused in its original packaging in re-saleable condition as you received it. We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs. If the return is due to making a mistake in your order we will also refund appropriate postage costs where applicable up-to a limit of £8.95 for larger items. If the return is due to the item being damaged or faulty then please contact us, we will inspect and test return and depending on the fault it might have to be returned to our suppliers for repair/replacement or further inspection, Items that are returned and not found to be faulty by us or our suppliers can not be refunded and a admin charge will be incured our rate is currently £50.00 per hour although this is subject to change at any time. You should also inform us of items that have been damaged during delivery within 24 hours of receiving it/them so we can make the appropriate claims, parcels that are delivered and show signs of damage must be signed for as damaged with the delivery agent. If you are returning an item please make sure you use sufficient packaging so it doesn’t get damaged in transit.

A 10% Restocking fee will be applied for items returned that have been opened this is because we need to fully test the item before placing back on sale in our store. Also we recommend using a recorded delivery or insurance for valuable items. is not responsible for returns that never make it back to us. Please also note we can be very busy at times and therefore it is usually anything between 2 – 14 working days to test items sent to us. Additionally if we require replacement parts to come in from our main suppliers then this will incur further delays.

Any Faulty goods must be reported within 3 days of receiving them.

We can not refund or replace items that have not been used correctly and then damaged, this includes: kits, RTF, ESCs, Motors and all related products on our website which might be beyond the operators skills, please make sure you have a reasonable expectation of the results when learning to fly model aircraft and obtain insurance, also fly from legal and safe sites.

Limited Warranty on Moving Parts
Limited warranty applies to products such as moving parts. Items such as Motors have a limited warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase and this excludes any crash damage, Neglect, or Overloading or Fitting props which will cause overload and damage.
